I always enjoy your videos. I’m kicking myself for not signing up for the Silver Needle retreat in Tulsa. I live in Tulsa. 🤦‍♀️ I will have to check with them and see about the waiting list. I bought Serenity. It’s larger than I normally stitch and I want to try linen. It’s been a long time since I have attempted stitching on linen. I struggled with it before. This was a lovely video, I have never tried punch needle, I am too afraid I will make a mess, you are so sweet to share what other stitchers have fully finished. The bag she made you is beautiful, love the sheep, I use a stitching mat to keep all my fabric and thread clean if I have to walk away from the table. Oh my gosh both bags from Jeanette is beautiful. Love the new designs, also love your Patreon site. Sounds like you have a great idea for your studio. Have a lovely vacation. I believe in natural healing, so sorry Kevin is in pain, my husband has pain always, siracha anything is good, love it, I have heard of many problems with Keto diets, glad your hair is growing back. I love a Latte everyday. My husband take Repatha once a month it brought his cholesterol down from 400s to 160s, diet did not work for him, he was already working out daily and watching what he ate.

So funny how our paths come close but don’t pass. I was born and raised in Michigan. I now live within driving distance of Nashville Market. When I was working in Brentwood, I would often drive by the Embassy Suites when I did company errands. We have a time share on Lido Key toward the end of May. I can see Siesta Key from our Lanai! I love your designs.

Wow girl you sound busy busy this year....on the go. We went to Aruba in January for 10 days. My son got married there. It was fantastic! Just know that it is windy all the time. We will be going back.

I also recently visited a functional doctor about gut healing and good health. Your food plan sounds like my Shape Restored diet she put me on….my husband did it along with me and his plantar fasciitis disappeared. My achy joints in the morning disappeared. Felt great doing it! Wishing you much success! Would love to have that cookbook!

Love your designs 🤩 you're a rock star ✨ I've been on keto for nearly six years, lost 105 pounds and I'm doing great. Mine is medium fat and medium protein. It's been lifesaving for me. I say that to say this..... Find what works for you and do it. But, if anybody thinks eating sugar is doing them any good at ALL , they're in for an expensive and painful realization.

I was on cholesterol meds for 3 months and I was in so much pain. But the doctor insist I have to continue even though my cholesterol is not over alot. I have several anxiety attacks but at that time I thought I was having asthma attacks which I do have asthma. Then after few months I was diagnosed with anxiety because I had insomnia. Even with all these my doctor still insist I should take statin. But I stop coz I just couldn't take it.
