So glad to see y’all back. I hope you have a wonderful Spring Break. I have a tip for you, Holly. I am in contacts way more than glasses, but I have had aging eyes for over ten years now. I’ve realized that when wearing my glasses I can pull them down my nose a bit. This keeps me from adding readers when the information on the side of the bottle is way too small for anyone to see. For cross stitching I’m greatly indebted to the inventor of Mag Eyes. It’s a must for 36 count for me, and I can still wear glasses.

I’m way behind watching but what a treat to get to watch you this Sunday morning as I do my early morning hour of stitching. Loved the masks...the pollen here makes me want to wear one every time I go out. My car is covered with a layer of green! I hope your spring break was wonderful and energized you enough to get through this last couple of months of school. I bought way too many patterns from market, including the bee one Anita, but now I’m thinking I should be checking out Stash Unload more often. I had forbidden myself to even look at it! Great to see you again! Lizzie Kate has a cute set of patterns in a chart called "Coffee Time". I stitched one of them and FFO'd it in a coffee pot trivet like yours. Anita reminded me about Red, White and Bloom. I have it finished and it needs to be FFO'd. Fun video, ladies!

God bless teachers..don't know how you do it! I work as a Para in an elementary school...it is a learning experience...going on my 5th year. I was lucky also and missed the getting sick...so it is nice being well for Spring break. I'm all stitching Misty's Valentine piece...so cute. I hope to at least finish the stitching this weekend. I live in AZ and have never been to the Attic. One of these days I hope to get there...have fun!

Hi ladies! I just found your channel, thank Kyle, you two are a hoot! Anita, I am with you no “gourmet “ stitching! Holly, you laugh is so sweet. I am from the Cleveland area, I wasn’t a huge LBJ fan but I watched him since he was a freshman in HS play. He did come from an extremely poor area. He had promised the kids of Akron school district if they complete HS without getting in trouble and had decent grades he would pay for 4 years of college at Akron University. As of today, 1,400 kids have a college degree because of him. He has also just opened a school called The Promise school. It starts at 8 am and is finished at 5 pm grades K-12. They get fed 3 meals and snacks. There are special rooms for science that go above and beyond any school, same for Math. It costs nothing but the kids staying out of trouble and getting good grades. So, yes, he can be arrogant, but he has become a wonderful man and he adores his wife and 3 kids, especially his daughter! Hopefully, this gives you a little insight to him. Keep on smiling girls and having fun, I know I do! 😇

Love the idea of the ice shaker! I’m also afraid of falling. I injured my knee falling on ice and a few years later ended up needing knee replacement. So I’m going to “borrow” your idea. Hopefully I won’t need it anymore this year.

I recently finished a full coverage project on 14 count white aida with large areas of black and dark brown. I used three strands and it covered beautifully. I realize with a kit you would run out of thread.

Love all your projects! The one lesson I learned about white is to stitch it first if over dyed red is next to it. I did a patriotic piece and was using over dyed floss. I stitched the red first and when I did the white I noticed that the white that was pulled next to the red picked up the red color and the stitches looked pink! I was so upset and ended up trashing it and starting over. Have a safe trip Ladies! Jacque

Love you both! So fun! Holly, if you like finding sea glass (beach glass) you need to look for You Tubers, Nicola White Tideline Art, and Lucy’s Larking. They beach comb on the Thames river and other waters in the UK. Super interesting! They find coins from the Roman times, both WW wars, and all the odds and ends in between! I love colorful glass and pieces of pottery I find in my old Wisconsin farm streams. But they have so much more history in the UK than we in the US have! Take a look! Thanks for sharing your joyful Spring laughter! We need this coming out of a long winter!

Such a fun video. I can relate to your masks. Our Spring Break isn't until Easter, but we got off for Mardi Gras in March and we were all avoiding the flu outbreaks cropping up everywhere. Love your finish, Priscilla, and all the projects you and Chelsea have on the go. I am definitely a dog person! I don’t mind cats, but I don’t like them inside. I’ve grown up with two or more dogs at a time and still do. I currently have an older mixed breed and my son has a four year old golden retriever. Life wouldn’t be the same without them. I'm not playing favorites, but I will say I get the most excited when I see a video from you two pop up in my feed :) Stitching in hand, Holly?! More power to you. I tried it for about ten minutes and I had to give up because I just couldn't get the hang of it lol. Holly I'm right with you with ALMOST getting my unicorn but narrowly missing out. My unicorn is the Uffindell Sisters from Hands Across the Sea Samplers, and it goes for insane prices on ebay. Well, not once, but TWICE, in one week I missed out on getting it from an unload group and they were selling it only slightly above retail...I was sooooo bitter. Are you both planning on going to the Midwest retreat again?? I'm on the waitlist and I'm shaking because I want in!! Haha. Lovely video as always, you two. :)
