You always have such beautiful projects that you are either working on or have finished. Love the cute cat calendar and Dexter’s photo - what a cutie. We had, many years ago, a cat with extra toes - a polydactyl, whom we miss even now after all these years of his passing. Thank you for sharing all your lovely cross stitching.

@@normaferro3190 Thank you for watching! Dexter is such a good kitten. He gets a little wild and playful but he is the most loving cat.

Love your stitching, love your videos. I am going to go back and binge watch. As far as the pumpkin, I agree, I would definitely pull it and just use your stitching. It just doesn’t seem right with a jack-o’-lantern face on it. And I’m being picky but that’s how I am too, and if you’re not happy with it, It’ll be something that sticks out every time you look at it. Thanks for sharing all your beautiful work. You are very inspiring.❤ Kim

Thank you for your kind words, and I am so happy you found my channel. I am definitely leaning towards removing the pumpkin button. I think even without the jack o lantern face, it seems a bit out of place.

I would love a WIP parade! For your snowflakes I’ve found that if you do them individually they can look a mess but if you stitch the first leg in a row and then come back and cross that row, then the stitches lay nicer. If that isn’t an option try stitching individually all in the same direction but pull your thread back from where you just stitched. Try to go to the farthest point to start the next stitch. Hope that makes sense. I’ll be happy to show you what I mean if you want to FaceTime or zoom. Good luck! Hugs ❤

Hi! Thank you for the suggestion...I think I understand what you mean. If i can't get it though when I try to stitch it I will reach out to zoom. That is so sweet of you to offer.. and thank you for the shout out..I truly appreciate it.

Just found your flosstube - beautiful stitching and finishes - For Peace on Earth since you are stitching on 40ct - you should try using AuVerSoie Goblein thread - for the over one stitching ( many stitchers use this to stitch wording over one - much easier and comes on spool- because 40ct over 1 is like 80ct !!!! I think you will find it easier to stitch with - look forward to more flosstubes from you

Ohhhh, thank you for the thread suggestion. I will keep that in mind. I'm not going to give up yet on he one over one!

I really like all your projects❤. Have you tried sulky thread for snowflakes? It is a little thicker than regular floss. I use for snowflakes and snow on patterns now as I hate my snowflakes too .😂. I would love to see a whip parade or anything you show. I started Teresa Kogut " Bee Garden" while watching. Teresa's newer patterns are so relaxing and fun to stitch.

I didn't try sulky but i did try dmc floche.. but I didn't have the right shade of white. Maybe I should try the sulky.

Erica, You can turn the button over so the Jack-O-Lantern face won't show. You have been working on some beautiful projects. Thank you so much for sharing. Dexter is so cute. He makes me really miss my little guy who died five years ago. Thanks for sharing info about the calendar. Happy stitching. Best, K

Hi there! I am so sorry about your kitten. It's never easy losing our sweet pets, no matter how much time goes by. The button idea is great but unfortunately the backside is silver. But thank you for the suggestion. I think I will leave it for a bit, but if it doesn't grow on me I will take it off.

Great WaiPs and finishes! I hear your pain with the snowflakes. I dislike stitcjing them and it taks me forever to stitch. I also think that the over one zig zag band struggle with one Christmas piece is the over one on 40 vs the zig zag. I find it really hard to do over one on 40. It helps to have a magnifying lamp for it. Good luck! And Dexter’s photo is adorable!!

Thank you! I agree the over one on 40 is tough!

@@lookwhatsinmyhoop I forgot to say that it helps to use a thinner thread, like 100.3 silks or possibly Tudor silk.
