I love a box too! I always love looking at the old vintage OXO tins when I go thrifting! Loving the progress on The Otter 🦦! I’m gutted I won’t be going tomorrow now, I’ve been so busy with work it’s made me run down so I’m taking some time for me. I had a box when I was a kid that I kept all my 'important' things e. I thought it was gone ages ago, but when I was moving my mom in with us, I found it amoung her stuff. So I confiscated it! I will find a new cross stitch use for it. My husband save boxes for his stuff and trains so now we are competing for boxes🤣. I'm now working on 2 WIPs! A Halloween SAL by love Poppet and your Haunted house. Have a wonderful trip to Iceland! Will miss your usual floss tube in 2 weeks but you can make a extra long one when you're back❤

YES x) Neighbour gave me a fancy cake for feeding her cat as they went on a weekend trip. Cake were interesting but the fance paper box with magnetic closing is my WiP bin now. ^^ As a slow stitcher I only allow myself a few Wips and the box fit 5-6 projects so very fitting.

I understand your love of a good box. Once my grandmother got some chocolates and gave me the box, but I almost got lectured by my parents who thought I’d convinced her to give me the chocolate as well. But it’s a perfect size for lace. And your Arctic animals SAL looks so cute! Just got a finish this week, and I’m considering replacing it with a Frosted Pumpkin pattern. The holiday stitching also looks fun.

I always love watching your videos and enjoyed this one so much. Have a truly wonderful time in Iceland! It's one of my favorite places on earth. If you rent a car, try to find some of the tiny natural hot springs during your out and abouts. We went to a very small one in the middle of a farmer's field near Borgarnes (Krosslaug, I think?). I can't imagine a happier time than cross stitching while being in Iceland! Safe travels! :)

I knew the chat about boxes would resonate with lots of folks! The LFC one was definitely the best! If your hubby loves LFC then he might enjoy a book called How to Win the Premier League by Ian Graham...if he hasn't read it already! Ian was Lovely Husband Dr Tim's boss for a long time and LHDT is even mentioned in the book! I am on a mission to get some WIPs ticked off my list before I have 2 new starts with the Christmas SAL and the owl!

😂 yes I did find a tin and we weren’t eating the cookies so hubby told our guys to take the cookies and I lost my Tin due to hubby 😂. It had the Nutcracker scene on it and I collect nutcrackers. It was beautiful

Like I said just got into Cross Stiching this year and I have one finish job, I like Stamp patters but I pick up some Embrorery Chistmas atters and I have gotton preetty far but I have truble with the letter. The box i was most excited for was actually a gift i got for my mom one of thos weathertelling glasses with that „fog“ inside the liquid not sure what they r called xD and once it arrived i was like daaamn! I need that box once she unboxed it
