You are so naughty!!! You enable so much every time I watch you. I love all your work and get so inspired by your choices. You mentioned that you don’t like to flatten your books to put in the copies but here is what I do: I take my books to a office supply store such as Staples or Office Max and they trim off the binding and replace that with a spiral edge. Now books open easily and stay flat when I use them. Thank you soooo very much for your videos. I really enjoy the time with you. Just wish I lived in England so I could frequent the shops you go to.

So lovely to catch up and glad to see some Aussie sewing patterns too. It’s getting much warmer here as we approach summer and let me recommend Dreaming of Summer by Love Poppet which is my current stitch as I peel off the sweaters and scarves! A beautiful pattern. You made me laugh about the amount of poly fill. It’s a bit like spinach, isn’t it? A huge bagful that condenses into a mouthful!. Big hug as always x

I watched yoyr flosstube whilst ironing and loved the projects I saw. I am a fan of Brenda Gervais patterns as well, but on the other side of the Channel they are hard to get as well. Right now I am working on Harvest Time by the Prairie Schooler. Lovely fall colours although it is not fall yet here in the Netherlands. But approching fast they say. Last year I worked on and finished Autumn Time by Crocette a Gogo. Am going to finish it soon and hang it on my wall. Good luck with all your projects. 😊

Wonderful video! The ribbon looks really great on the boo kitty. I think you’re going to love the foundation piecing. I do; everything always turns out perfect. Are you going to hand appliqué or machine appliqué your Lamingtons For Tea blocks onto the background blocks? Whichever you decide, it’s going to be beautiful. Happy stitching!

My sister has an old pew inside of her front door, and I've been stitching some fat quarter shop SAL's and making pillows for that bench. I'm trying to fill it up. When i get them stitched i make a quilted pillow that i back with a men's shirt to make an easy pillow. I just did the winter star sal.

Dear Nicola, What a lovely stay and make holiday you have had. Everything you have made is super. I think the colours of the baby quilt are so gentle and appropriate. Your finished black cat sampler is just the bee's knees. Brava. If you wanted to make a clowder of cats there is a smaller Autumn cat in Just Cross Stitch magazine October 2019. I seem to remember that Nicole, The Buckeye Stitcher showed another by the same designer, back when she was making flosstube episodes, too. Cotton Pixels have an even smaller black cat. However you may think that they would detract from the magnificence of yours. I am looking forward to seeing your other quilt when you have worked the binding. You must have a great sense of accomplishment. You looked happy and relaxed. I hope that you can carry that forward into a working week. Take care, Linda.
