Glad you are here! Don’t ever feel bad over a UFO. I have been stitching over 40 years and many things have been thrown across the room! I have a large bin of patterns I will never stitch because the subject doesn’t interest me any more. I just do what I like when I like and this reduced my stress!

OMG I literally gasped when I got the notice that you'd posted again. It is sooooo goood to see you again. You've already got me laughing. "ok this is the only side tangent". Lighten the mental load of the WIP pile. I like that Pam. Well said. What about a little mouth like this🥴 for the pumpkin on Autumn. I just started stitching this recently also. I did the A, the U and I've begun the T. So much fun. Your June Bug is gorgeous. Love the beads. 😃Yay, we got the singing. As for anxiety about stitching, just toss that out the door. Take each day as it comes and breathe. Thanks so very much for posting. It was simply wonderful seeing you and your projects again. xoxo

Hi Pam, Terri Whisler here. I enjoy watching your videos, and watching the progress on your wips. I was excited to see the progress on your Carolyn Manning design, I love stitching them, I have stitched two and I’m working on the third. I also find them comfort stitching, I also think the same about Brenda Gervais…love them both! Thanks for sharing your time with us.🌷

Your video was very useful to me. I have 20 wips which is way too many for me. My goal is to keep them to about 12. I gave one to my sister. It is beautiful but I like the others more. She is a monagamous stitcher and dove right in. I also appreciate your comments about the large retreat. I am an introvert also and wonder if a days long retreat would be too much for me. I haven’t been to any. I may try a small group or just one day with a stitching group.

Don't grieve over your age. I am 79 and know that I could never start anything too large. I have accepted that fact. Enjoy what you are doing now. Your work is beautiful and just keep plugging along. UFOs don't have to be tradegies. On the one I saw, put in one more motif at the top and finish it there. Cut the fabric and use it as a long pillow, or finish the edges and give it as a bookmark gift. The other UFOs, which I can't exactly remember need the same finish. Decide to finish a small part, cut the fabric and make a pillow or whatever. I have regretted tossing some of my UFOs, and in a purging mood, I got rid of some precious patterns, silk fiber, and overdyed fiber. Dumb, dumb, dumb. I really enjoyed your video. I think our dog heard your dog barkng in the background. Too funny, he had to get up and go look in the garage to see if he really heard a dog. I'm still smiliing over that. 🤣🤣

Glad to see a new video, Pam. Yours wips are awesome! I would take UFO 2, the birder that you did and turn it into a small drum or a drum shaped pincushion.

I love watching your videos! For chai, I really like Oregon chai tea concentrate, it’s really sweet and easy to add to drinks. For the vinyl bag, try putting it in the freezer to unstick. And also for using a pen with interfacing, try using a friction pen. They erase with heat and don’t leave any marks. I use it a lot when sewing! I can’t wait to see your 5 year plan!

So nice to see you again! I loved seeing your projects. Good for you for stopping working on the ones that no longer brought you joy or fit into your current style. That’s hard to do. Hope you’re feeling relief now. I think your pumpkin needs a little mouth of some sort. Perhaps a straight line or little zigzag? Can’t wait for your bird updates.🪺🐦‍Have a good two weeks.

Hi. Loved seeing all your projects. They are beautiful. I especially liked Nantucket girls. The colors are very nice.i like the chart AUTUMN. Quaker gardens is my favorite. My favorite color is blue. I am 74 and have only been stitching about 1 1/2 years. You are way younger than me. I can't have that many UFO's. So I'm trying to stay with one project at a time. I am trying to be realistic. Lol. I live in Lynn, mass so I'm looking forward to taking a ride to your shop. Thank you for a great video

Glad to see your back! I love the separation of home flosstube & Friday in shop updates. Though I admit I usually miss the live( I forget the time) & watch the replay. I love your side tangents don’t stop, it’s so you 🙂. I missed bird updates today but loved the wip parade. I now feel better about ufoing a project I have. As for the little pumpkin. I’d put a tiny mouth of some kind just seems if he has eyes & nose he’d have a mouth.

Try using a hairdryer on the vinyl stuck to your chart. Heat it a little at a time then try to separate that paper section from the vinyl. I don't know that it will work but it's worth a try.

So happy to see you again! Sounds like a good plan to separate home and shop. I UFO’d the Tisket Tasket. I start my stitching in the upper right corner. It is beautiful but I know I would not finish it. Much to fiddley…if I had used a variegated floss maybe I would have. But the upper left corner is lovely, so I strategically placed a couple pretty off white buttons and framed it in a small frame. It is perfect! I look forward to seeing you again soon. Kris

Yay! Love seeing all your WIPs. I agree that the smiley face on the Autumn pumpkin is too much, but I think he needs a little something mouth-wise, maybe just a small smirk? You're further along on Tisket Tasket than I am, but I new I would just be starting along with the stitch along. And we got a song too!

My only experience with pattern cover sticking to the vinyl made me very unhappy. I’m sticking with texture plastic project bags from 123 Stitch. There are only $9 and don’t seem to be affected heat. I like being able to see what’s in a bag without opening it.

Sometimes ya gotta UFO shit. Our taste change. Vinyl bags bother me because they are supposed to help me see what is in the bag without opening it... but I can't put the pattern in the vinyl window.. so just looking at folded fabric wont jog my mind into remembering what the project is. I still love the ones I have though, cause the fabric is awesome, lol, I just hate having to be so mindful.

I've been looking at the spreadsheet that contains all of my stash (please do NOT as me how many tabs, how many rows on each tab or what I estimate my investment over the past 4- years has come to) and feeling stressed about it. We're starting to seriously plan a move, so I'm definitely going to be culling the herd a bit.. my problem is that I'm overwhelmed and then walk away without starting... 🪡👠
