Oh my goodness,! Someone who loves the birds like I do. When my hummingbird arrives each spring they let me know they are here and hungry, get out here lady!! They buzz my window looking for me. Love it. And the Oriole’s always arrive screaming their heads off so I know when they have arrived. The whole neighborhood feeds birds so we share the food. We just had snow… again here in Wisconsin and 33 degrees at 12:00. Crazy!!!so no one will be arriving until Wednesday,50 degrees. Love a peek at your shop, thanks.

A Tisket A Tasket is looking great! I started on the other side, I'm stitching the big basket in the middle, I really like stitching the basket! I didn't keep up with it either, but I'm not in a race!!! Love your videos... my Alexa was trying to turn down the thermostat. Nice to see you again. What is a bird waterer? I love to hear your bird updates. The Red Wing Blackbirds keep making an appearance. It's the first year I've seen them in our yard. My youngest son turns 23 in June. I'm also not sure where the time has gone. Happy Birthday to your son.

Hi Pam! New subscriber here. Just visited your lovely shop for the 1st time yesterday! I have no idea what the Celebration of Needlework is about coming up in Nashua, NH next week but I live only about 30 minutes away! Strongly considering registering for your retreat in October. My sister, who has not really done any cross-stitch for many many years has agreed to join me at the retreat since it is my birthday (10/14) and I’m interested in attending my 1st stitching retreat!

A Tisket A Tasket is definitely slow going, what has helped me not hate all the color changes so much is keeping about 6 needles threaded with different colors so I don't have to continually do that part as I switch. I still have a long way to go, but that's more because I have a gazillion projects and keep starting more. I'm getting ready to start A Peacock, A Badger and A Unicorn but am still debating between 40 count linen and 20 count aida. I feel like linen fits the "look" of the piece better, but the aida would definitely make it easier to stitch. And finally, if you get a chance at Celebrations, say hello to my friends Amy and Memory from Barefoot Needlearts, who will be vending as well! Now I'm off to shop your shop for more fabric I don't really need.
