It is so good to see you again and I love that you took us outside to your beautiful space! I stitch in the absolutely blessed place near the Smokey Mountains! I love your spirit and reverence for life. You helped me over year ago to find this pattern which I am stitching now as my Mothers Day start. I also bought the companion quilting woman and will be stitching her next! I think of your kindness whenever I am stitching. Enjoy your summer and all your special gatherings. I will cherish and treasure all you have mentioned!

Hi Shanda, nice to see you again. What a great place to do your video and love the Ohio Star quilt hanging on the fence....it is beautiful. I have a few quilt shops less than an hr away from me; but no needlework shops. That makes me sad because I have to depend on floss tube to know what is available out there and looking online can be so overwhelming. What I wouldn't give to be able to see cross stitch fabrics in person to feel them and see their true colors. Our granddaughter is getting married in Sept. in Vt. and it is going to be our first time seeing our oldest and his family since COVID started....cannot wait !!!! Good luck with that fly fishing. I have never done it; but did alot of brook fishing when I was a young girl with my Grampa. Happy Stitching!

I have a start of the piece you showed today which I started years ago. The girl stitching. I want to finish it. I also do quilts and love to make cards. Love rubber stamps. I also love reading and books, especially children’s books. Authors and illustrators. If you are not familiar with Marguerite D’Angeli, look her up. Her writing and illustrations, beautiful. Not sure I spelled her last name correctly. One title is Thee Hannah about a Quaker girl in Philadelphia.

Your stitching is beautiful! Love your quilt and table runner! I wish you would join in some of the other floss tubers and do a quilt tube video all about your quilts and quilted items. I’m self taught and became a appliqué teacher. I am retired and enjoying my 17 grands, quilting and stitching as much as possible

I might someday do a quilt KZbin video. My time is limited right now with working full time but love to quilt as much as cross stitch. Enjoy those grand babies!

Beautiful location. Yes, we need to show support for our local quilt shops. Mine is 50 minutes away and they are considering closing and doing online only - make me sad.
