I enjoyed the students’ work, that is fun! I used to add one crafty make-it project each grading period. I taught science and it was always tied to the curriculum. Fun reminder. Great projects and I like the variety. I knit, and just this morning ordered a monthly prescription just to keep my skills going. Thanks for sharing! ~Michele

That Crewel Gobelin box is going to be so fun! I’m holding off opening mine until I finish another project but it sure is calling me as is the March Mystery box. I’m too busy trying to accomplish a quilt finish and my monthly challenges on my Heifr board. Enjoy your trip! Everything will be fine on your travels. And your students did great work. So fun to see them!

Wow. You have some talented students. I especially liked Sabrina and Lily’s work. I’m also going to the Nicola workshop in Ohio. I’m flying in from New Hampshire and haven’t been on a flight since Covid. Hopefully, I will get a chance to meet you. I’m the person who swapped Needle & Flax linen with you. I still have some that I might part with. Safe travels. ✈️

I got a chuckle when you were talking about your dislike of squirrels - my husband feels the same way - he calls them tree rats 😂. I am going to Keepsakes the beginning of May for the first time!! Looking forward to hearing about your trip to Ohio, my home state 💙.

Hi Jennifer. I can't wait to meet with you. I'm hoping that Saturday will work. Great haul segment. I love seeing what others purchase. You'll do fine with flying. When I come to Texas, we'll have to go to the Tin Smith wife. I actually have a$100 credit there. See you soon.

I live in ohio and man!!! I feel bad for you, the clouds moved away from us around 10am and it was clear! Was able to view the entire eclipse and my life is forever changed! Glad you were able to see the darkness part. I was worried that is how it was going to be for us but the clouds parted. Also, yes!! It's pretty chill here currently with the high in the mid to high 60s and low 70s and in the 40-50s at night. Although with our ever changing weather I cant say for sure. Haha. It has snowed in May before.... We are having lots of rain and thunderstorms right now. Hope you have a great time up here!! 😊 Loved seeing your thrift haul, your wips, and your haul!! Wow that ohio sampler!! I dont live by Cincinnati but its still cool! May need to look into ohio samplers. Will pray for your travels!!!

We also have problem squirrels. I have about 40 flower pots of various sizes in my garden. To keep the squirrels out I fill the unplanted areas with inch & a half or larger river rocks. You can buy or make a baffle to keep the squirrels off of your bird feeders.

Yay! The more the merrier! I told ya why I had three goals instead of just one...sub goals..in case I finished the big one. Otherwise I'd waste time doing piddly stuff. I do so much better when I have very clear goals. 😄 And my fave from market was Teresa Kogut "And God Saw." Already have it kitted up. So we need to do a stitchalong.

Loved seeing your projects. Don't worry about your camera falling. Your not the 1st one for that too happen too. I've done it myself! And I don't edit either. Liz mathews did the same thing and it was so funny. It's just a look inside our real lives.

Love watching your Flosstube! We’re RVing in the Hill Country right now and after catching your video this morning, I had to make a second trip into The Tinsmith’s Wife this week to get the Peace and Plenty Farm pattern kitted up to remember my “first” trip to the area. (Won’t be the last.) The pattern will remind me of all the beautiful farms/ranches that we have seen while here. Thanks for all the inspiration that you provide!

I cannot stand squirrels. They are just rats with bushy tails.
