Just stumbled upon your Flosstube video and really enjoying it. I wanted to throw in this quick response to your squash bug issues. Out here in Arizona, we plant nasturtiums and marigolds with the squash to naturally keep the bugs away. Might be worth a try.

Hi Emily. Just love your stitching. To save yourself some money. Order Cottage Garden Threads from Rebel Stitcher. She has tons of it and she's so wonderful to work with. She's just ouside of Philadelphia. I got Cottage Garden Threads from her to do Autumn Quaker. Colors are amazing.

For squash bugs don’t plant your squash in the same place next year. Rip out your plants that are infected immediately this year. There are also some preventative sprays you can use on your plants next year. And watch them closely. If you see any squash bugs on them pick them off asap. Hope this helps

Living in flip flops, I developed plantar fasciitis. Wearing sandals with a slight heel and a hint of arch support, it cleared right up. So I am a little alarmed if you are wearing flats. Good luck with that painful issue.

🦇 I loved your WIP parade! They’re my kind of projects. I would work on the ones you love and said you wanted to finish this year. There’s plenty of them to rotate through. Also, I recommend you start with good quality canned plum tomatoes for your sauce. I use 2-28oz cans plus 2-12oz cans of tomato paste. That’s what I’ve done for 40 years. ❤

🦇🦇 Fun WIP parade, I gasped at how pretty Ruth by Queenstown is and I'm off on the hunt. I am so jelly you are getting rain in GA!! Your stitching is fab! Hey, if you like the Cranberries who I obsessively loved in the 90's as well, try the Sundays. I got a copy of Reading, Writing and Arithmetic for my 16th bday in '93 and it sends me back to my Doc Marten days every time I hear it. Listening to No need to argue now and hoping rain moves up the seaboard. BEST 🪡
