As for Jon's verse, I agree with you that he says "can't even with the pain or the payment" (as opposed to Genius), but I think the line before it might be: "Way over the *way* that *you're* weighted" or "Way over the way that you waited" because I can't hear him make a 't' sound to turn way into weight. And the way he says you're/you is a little unclear but I feel like it's a little too long to be "you".
