Flourless coconut cake recipe! The most delicious coconut cake!
If you're looking for a gluten-free recipe and love coconut, this is for you!
And even those who do not suffer from gluten intolerance, but simply do not think gluten is healthy (like me), will also like this airy, tender coconut cake without flour, sugar and oil!
INGREDIENTS:
✅ 200 grams of coconut flakes.
✅ 3 eggs.
✅ 100 grams of sweetener (erythritol, fructose).
✅ 350 ml cream 10% fat or milk.
✅ Vanilla extract.
✅ a pinch of salt.
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
I used 10% heavy cream in the recipe and erythritol as the sweetener.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 247.71 kcal.
Protein - 7.01g.
fat - 19.85 g.
carbohydrate - 10.07 g.
The weight of the finished dish is ~740.0 g.
