Great finish. I'm doing my Chrysler 300C 5 dr estate in the spring. It's black with multi-colour metalic flake. Going to flo-coat the hell outta it. Cannot wait, but instead of using sandpaper to flatten it, I'm going to use fast cut plus before the final coat. Do you think that will be O.K..??

If it’s similar to the paste we use with scotch brite for new raw plastic bumpers then no. It needs to have mechanical adhesion so it will need sand scratches to bite into. Ive seen people sand cars down for flow coating from p600-p1000. The last thing you want is to spend time flow coating and it not adhering then flaking off later.

@@boostedgsr8580 I'm a DIY guy and was thinking of using that spray they used around the rubbers and places they can't get sandpaper to. Was going to use that all over the car to "Key" it. Would it work..?

I have a question so I sprayed base and clear on a fender a few days ago and I wanna flow coat it it’s a sliver metallic so do I wet sand with 600 grit then wax and grease remove the fender then tack cloth then spray 2 more coats of clear or ?

why you shot base again if its only a flow coat??

Little baby burn threws here and there, and on the doors i wasnt happy with the body work so i long blocked them with 180grit to make sure the door was flat i hate seeing any type of wave, so on the car small burn threws on edges since i sanded flat with 800
