Can this song be played alone on a 12 hole ocarina?

Its a duet meaning its meant to be played by 2 people as its from a famous opera... but yes it could be played solo. It's meant also to be played in B - Major... but i don't think it really matters that much if you use a 12 Hole ocarina in C for it.
