E-skill + normal attack button x3: focused hydro dmg then continues doing same stance for a while. E-Skill + E-Skill button x3: AoE hydro then continues with AoE wet effect area for elemental reactions. (Or mix normal attack button with E-skill button for a 3 hit combo, but only the 3rd attack will determine what effect continues afterwards. In the video that 3rd attack is called "3rd Stance", to confuse things further I presume) Talents only work if party is a combination of Hydro and Dendro characters and basically enables buffed dendro cores that explode faster, do more dmg (based on Nilou's HP) have larger AoE, and give you EM if they blow up in your face (well you actually gain EM from any Dendro dmg, but the talent is there to sinergize with the Bloom reaction). Burst is simply Hydro AoE that will hit twice. Oh, and some cooking talent that occupies the place of something actually useful, as always. Side note: Since her Sword Dance is considered E-Skill dmg there is no sinergy with characters that boost Normal Attack, just in case we get any ideas.

As a Nilou-haver, here is a simple(r) breakdown of her skill: Press skill-skill-skill to get your first 3 strikes which apply hydro damage. The NEXT STEP is what's important and determines the skill's function. Press the skill again to get a hydro aura which follows you and your party around. Great if using for a hydro support, for blooms and other reactions. (It's a lot like Barbara's ring, but larger aoe and better cooldown, plus doesn't apply wet to the character.) OR Press the normal attack button to get Nilou in hydro attacking mode. Great if using Nilou as a dps. I love her versatility, I have her for support on my bloom team (Kokomi, Kirara and Kaveh), and as dps for my freeze team (Kokomi, Layla and Kaeya)

NA: 3 hit combo 3rd passive: Same as yunjin ES: Performs a 3 hit combo with ES or NA. If the last hit is NA, you can apply hydro on-field with your NA some more time. If the last hit is ES, creates a water ring that applies hydro off-field but doesn't do damage. Burst: AoE damage, marks enemies hit and causes a stronger hydro damage on them after a short delay. Passive 1: If you finish the ES combo with hydro and dendro only team, you can now trigger a special bloom reaction which is better in every way. It also increases the team's EM after you get hit with bloom collateral damage. Passive 2: Increases the special bloom reaction damage based on nilou's max hp, but only after you hit 30k.
