I think the Welsh is best, followed by Scotland. I say as a Scotsman, the Welsh language being spoken makes it even more special. The piper stopping elevates this to a higher level

As a Welshman at murrayfield for the last 20 years (not 2021) when the bagpipes cut out I always get goosebumps. It’s terrific. I’m biased I know but our anthem at a full principality stadium beats everything.

Pity the pipes are unable to play the tune as Roy Williamson wrote it. The note on the word "think" is all wrong. The fans sing it correctly in the a capella second verse. The best ever rendition at Murray field was by Ronnie Browne, but we wouldn't expect anything less. Beautiful song.
