Oh gosh! I have flowers on the brain everyday. I usually use flowers from the gardens to make arrangements for family & friends. A great substitute for the dahlias, that are generally tougher to grow, would be multi-layered zinnias that look similar. Once again, these floral designs are beautiful. I binge-watch these videos. 🥰

What a lovely gesture for you to make floral designs for your friends and family, and we hope they enjoy them. We are so glad that you finding inspiration in our shows, and please take a moment to check out our playlists if you want to binge even more floral design. You can find them here: kzbin.infoplaylists Thank you so much for joining us to watch Leanne create floral magic, and we hope to see you again soon. P.S. We all have flowers on the brain these days, Gabriel! This is such a fun and whimsical arrangement with a spectacular choice of flowers which add both color and texture to it. Head vases are a favorite of Leanne, and she uses them often in her floral designs. We are happy you visited for this one and we hope you will keep viewing our shows whenever you have some time. Cheers to you and to flowers galore!

Beautiful Arrangement! By the way, what did you dip the Hydrangea to? to make it last longer? What powder? thank you!
@FlowerSchool3 жыл бұрын
Welcome to Flower School, Kho Sin Lo! That's a great question about dipping the hydrangeas. Leanne dips those flowers in alum, which is a pickling spice. Hydrangeas are thirsty flowers and it helps them drink more water to stay fresh and beautiful. You can find alum at the grocery store in spice section or we have it available here on our website at the bottom of the page: www.floraldesigninstitute.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=3_17 So glad you could join us for flowers on the brain, and we hope you will join us soon for more magical floral design with Leanne. "Floral netting" seems to be the same thing as chicken wire!
@FlowerSchool3 жыл бұрын
You are right, Spirit Matter! Floral netting is a form of chicken wire that is galvanized so it won't rust in water. It is very flexible so you can mold into different shapes for your floral designs. It was lovely to see you on Flower School Live last week and now on this show too. We hope you will join us again soon and thank you so much for sharing flowers with us!
