I don’t like the stall call on Taylor. Downey could have circled back in but it would have gave Taylor an angle. I would normally say just back out on the position, but by rule he should have gave up a stall which cost Downey the match. If this was the first period the refs give the stall to Downey, but because they knew a stall call would end the match they didn’t want to call it.
