@@litothecasual I believe so. Crawford is a genius but Floyd's ring IQ is nothing like we've ever seen. Floyd was very good at studying the opponent's strengths and weaknesses and use all that to his advantage. It would be a very tough fight though.

Maidana didn’t have any trouble catching Mayweather and knocking out one of his teeth. Floyd chose to avoid the likes of Paul Williams and Margarito. His power faded towards the end of his career where as Terrance power against welterweights increased to 100% knockout ratio. Mayweather was great but can he avoid Bud all night? We’ll never know. Early Mayweather against early Bud..wow! Now that’s gonna be fireworks!

I think Bud being a switch hitter and very proficient as a southpaw woulda given Floyd problems. Heavy hitter, high iq and very skilled and has the reach advantage. Has shown the ability to adjust and adapt. It’ll be a tough night for Floyd, same with Bud!

I personally don’t value Compubox stats very highly. It’s a very flawed and inaccurate system and funny enough, Mayweather is actually the reason I dont trust it. Compubox would ALWAYS pad Mayweather’s stats and his opponents would get the opposite treatment most of the time. But still, I understand the sentiment - Floyd Mayweather is most likely the best defensive fighter of all time and I’d have to agree!

@@litothecasual i saw every fight of mayweather and Crawford,and Crawford always won his fight without any hint of a doubt in every weight class......Mayweather was a beast a 130 and 135,after his style had to change ,because he didn't have enough raw power to keep opponents away,so he got hyper defensive, and started to carefully choose his opponents......run away from Morales, struggle with a much older de la hoya(for me is a draw) and avoided Mosley, Cotto and Paquiao,Margarito until he could....also,and very important,there is not a single fight of Mayweather that you would watch many times over the years,since he went to welter weight...

Maybe whoop is too strong of a word lol. I don't think Bud's chin is all that. I think he's a great athlete, extra long arms, pwr in both hands, very quick, always in shape. Remember it took someone the caliber of Marquez to catch him 4 fights. Marquez timing and counterpunching is elite level and he needed 36+ rounds to drop and stop Pac. He’s just so awkward and quick. Now we’re talking Prime Pacquiao so for me I’m thinking the Pacquiao that dismantled the heavy fisted Cotto. He got caught a lot in that fight and never got hurt. That same Pacquaio was overwhelming and over powering Cotto. His speed and power was just on a completely different level. I think that Pacquiao woulda beat Bud tbh because Bud also gets caught and he a dog so when he gets caught he gonna slug it out to get his lick back and idt you wanna do that against a power punching volume puncher like Pac 🤷‍♂️ Hearns on the other hand, not too sure because he can switch Bud off too but yeh youre right he can get knocked out himself. But if he doesnt get caught by a huge punch I think theres a chance he wins by UD tbh. He gave Sugar Ray all he could handle in that first fight and he WON the 2nd fight! He’s so tall and he was quick and he was powerful he also the naturally bigger man and we saw what he did to Duran, someone naturally smaller than him but still bigger than Bud. So yeh I think that’s a 50/50 fight.
