0:52 I love this video on exploring the pigeon Forge rod run. I especially liked the walking tour as you said, you see some things around pigeon Forge that you normally overlook when you just driving down the road. We look forward to coming the middle of October!God bless you guys.

We went to Rod Run (on purpose 🤪) in 2023. It was maddening with people, traffic and scooters EVERYWHERE. We were very disappointed as it was literally a used vehicle lot with everything for sale. This year (2024) we stayed in Gatlinburg to avoid the madness but did drive through on our way home on Friday during Rod Run. It was WAY better this year. That no “for sale” ordinance definitely reduced the crowds and it was much more pleasant to be there. If it stays like that we may consider attending the event again in the future. Thanks for these videos. We consider that area our second home and look forward to your videos.

I got into pigeon Forge on Labor Day, Monday stayed eight days. The traffic was very lite during that time cars did start coming in for the rod run during the time I was there a lot of cool cars were already there, but I left on Tuesday the 10th. It was the least amount of traffic I’ve ever seen in pigeon Forge all the time high have visited great time to visit right after Labor Day if you want lite crowds

Love all the old cars especially the mustang. I have a 2004 40th anniversary convertible burgundy color with light beige top. My boyfriend has a 1957 Plymouth Belva dear convertible . He build it and has had it for 38 years. We go to a lot of cruisin around North Carolina where we live. ❤❤❤your channel.

I am not a big car person, but I do enjoy seeing all those cars at the rally that you are at. Love the Wagon with the Surfboards, made me think of the Beach Boys, that particular one was so neat, and I noticed the sun visors in it. I like the look of the Mustangs, but I do prefer the hatchback, (like my Honda Fit) that suits my needs. It has the Navigation, the sun/moon roof, black leather heated seats, etc. It is seven years old, got it in 2017 even though it is a 2018 model year. It has under 21,000 miles on it. One of my favorite TV Cars, is Starsky's Red car with that wild stripe on it. I also love the vehicle from the Ghostbusters movies. I have seen all of them with Dan Akroyd and Bill Murray. I have all the Ghostbusters movies on DVD. I have been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg one weekend when I lived in Northern Kentucky, it was the Sunner of 2002. I enjoyed it. That motorcycle with the back of a pickup truck with a cover on it attacked to that motorcycle is neat, he can take quite a lot of his belongings on his trips, and they are covered and locked, never seen anything like that before. Like that Casper vehicle. Thank you for this video.

It's crazy time when the rod runs is on. I'm Scottish, and I DO know what most of these cars are! I don't care for the rat rods though. I do like a nice bright red '32 hiboy though. I'm old fashioned! Sue me! 😆🇺🇸🏴

That is crazy with all those motorized vehicles on the sidewalks. Makes it frustrating having to deal with traffic on the roads and the sidewalks now. Also dangerous for little ones. Pigeon Forge should ban them from being used unless you have a handicap permit
@Salteendude3 ай бұрын
Well, to be fair it's overall packed no matter where you are. It's hard to walk the whole event. Stay off your cell phone and nobody will be hit. Personally I've driven my golf cart every year, you can actually see my golf cart at 13:40. Haven't hit anyone yet. Nobody has complained to me 🤷♂️
