I like to think that BF got banned at the end because he got blamed for Cat-A's shenanigans due to Scratch's moderation being awful Infact there's nothing that could be counted as actual "gore" or "scary" or "violent" in any major way, up until Tera's section. At that point Scratch's moderation got alerted like "Ok now you're pushing it too far, laddie." and erroneously punished BF for it. Meanwhile Cat-A was just stalling and waiting for the ban because BF got so annoying to him he doesn't even wanna enslave him like with Pico, Giga, Nano and Tera and more wants him completely gone instead.
