Wow, S1Pro? That’s awesome! I just got my T1Pro a few days ago, there were some shipping issues, and it was a bit delayed getting to me,but once I started using it, i was blown away by how fast it is, now I’m totally hooked!

Thank you so much for the detailed review of the printer, it really helped me answer all my questions. For the past few months I've been planning to buy a more practical 3d printer to,see how fast this is and I love it, now I'm checking out more reviews before I make a final decision. I am really excited about it!

A lot of multi-color 3D printers are coming out lately, and I've been keeping an eye on them. While they definitely make color management easier, there are still several issues to work out. Personally, I'm really drawn to the speed-focused models. I hope FLsun can step up and release a high-speed multi-color printer soon
@jimmyispromoАй бұрын
Yea, I'm with you on that. AMS systems make it feel like you hired someone to help you switch spools.

They should also make it possible to be an upgrade kit for the current S1 rather than a whole new printer... one can hope..

You might mention that the maximum print height is only relative to the center of the object you are printing. I would guess that the actual maximum print height, including full x and y axis, should be 15% less than the advertised 430mm. This is restricted by the mechanical design of the printer.

Do you think the FLSUN Super Racer for $200 is a good deal or should I look for something else?
@TheGeordietheWitchandtheWenchАй бұрын
I payed 1000 for my Super Racer when it came out, I still have it and it still goes hard. Recently purchased a Speeder Pad and installed Klipper on the printer.. It is a wonderful fast printer.. I am here because I am thinking of this beast, What I do not like about the S1 is the hassle to load and unload filament, the SR is so easy, IF you get a clog it takes 30 seconds. On the S1 it would take your 30 - 60 minutes.....

I bought a pre owned SR for the same price back in april because I like to fix things, previous owner had somehow fried the motherboard and the micro SD adapter! But after a bit of back and forth communication Flsun support sent me a new MB and the rest of the missing accessories as well. It is a great printer for 200 Bucks! I have also purchased a used V400 a couple of months ago and it had an overheating stepper motor driver, support was spot on when they told me to check if the MB cooling fan was running. 🙂 Seems like Flsun support was quite bad back when I bought my first 3D printer, a QQ-S PRO I got about three years ago. Luckily it has been running great and really got me hooked on delta printers! I purchased a Speeder Pad together with the SR to run it and the QQ-S PRO but the SR works really well running Marlin as well. Might have to get an S1 PRO in the future. Good luck with your SR!

Would u know why My new s1 pro wont home all the sudden. when i click home it goes up into home then i hear clicking and light shuts off and screen shuts off and then comes back on in few seconds. I only printed 2 parts when i first got it set up 2 hours previously. Done the benchy, and the car. then i went to fl slicer to slice some quadcopter arm guards that i previously made on the T1 Pro the other day and when clicking to print is when i noticed the problem . I cant calibrate anything either cause it has to home first. I originally got it to home just one time at first , then was able to do calibration but it had failed it said. So yea .I cant even move z down any either unless i home first. Also doing a Factory Reset did not help . Doubt its any sensors on home.

This machine will be a mazing for prototyping but it's quality is currently lacking quite a bit compared to Bambu labs still
@Fallingoverbackwards29 күн бұрын
Bambu P1s prints nearly perfect, will this get to that? Are the imperfections from printing at 1200 can you slow down and print are they still there

Please please stop quoting 1200mm/s as the bloody max print speed as it is incorrect. 1200mm/s is the actually full movement speed and actually full print speed if you actually look at the print profiles used for PLA is 700mm/s . I own the FLSun v400 and it's actually full print speed can reach 400 but 300-350 for infill is its max and max movement speed is now 600 . It's like a lot of printers ; look at the details before quoting bloody numbers !!
