Are u painting with polyurethane paint? And only air purifying respirator.

Most, of the people painting with a hand held gun, do not keep it parallel to the surface. They wave the gun in an arch, which makes an uneven surface of paint. The robot, painting down the air intake, keeps the gun parallel.They need a robot to paint these planes.

"The facinating world of painting.." I've shot thousands upon thousands of gallons over the years..Try it for a few 12 hour shifts.. It's really facinating when you have to pour a cup of sweat off your face out of a respirator every half hour in the summer time...Almost as exciting as watching the paint itself dry, but not quite.. lol

They're not show cars..Nobody cares about orange peel in combat.. or railroads or shipping containers or.. I've shot thousands of gallons on all of the above and well beyond happy if I never see another spray gun, mask or suit the rest of my life. 😅

Fish eyes, dirt and dust in paint, spraying motion in archs, dry spots, sags, pulling tape at wrong angle. It would be amazing if they even mixed the paint correctly. I painted everything from air brushing murals on custom vans to Four wind van line semi truck and trailers to Lotus, MBZ. Nitro cellulce Lacquer to poly urethane over 25 years what a poor excuse for talent painting 100 million dollar aircraft try spending more money on training.

Yes you've painted everything.... expect a billion dollar aircraft... the military does things different. Sorry they don't please you by the way they paint.
