I can't imagine how long it to learn how to maintain, disassemble and rebuild a jet engine. 😮😊😊

I’ve worked Air Force fighter engines and then civilian jet engines since ‘84 and when they make these films I’ve had to witness how far they go out of their way to find a female to be in the picture. Even if the producer gets lucky and one is there, it is just that, lucky, because they are not there long.

There will come a time in future when bio-machine will no longer need this kind of maintenance. They just need certain nutrients and energy to repair themselves. That era wil be something to see.

nice video ... pity it was such a gloss over of the extreme conditions of a jet turbine engine ... kind f like the difference between sex and going to a strip one is fully enjoyed the other is just frustrating in it's lack of depth

Well, from what you’re showing starting @9:24 and claiming this is the part hardening process, it’s clearly and utterly incorrect and ignorant. That you’re showing IS NOT hardening! This process IS part coating/rust proofing perhaps using chromium and other alloys. Where do you see a furnace?
