Hi Mrs Lisa, thank you for teaching us English. I’m from El Salvador, but I don’t speak good English, but I was in college around 10 or 11 years learning and still not yet. I love grammar very much, and I’m learning more, and more with you… thank you so much, God bless you…

What I like about Lisa's lessons is that you ALWAYS have the chance to practice what you have learned. She doesn't just give vocabulary without providing context so you know when to use what she is teaching. AMAZING job Lisa!

You and Drake are the best combo. Both so likeable and nice. The most useful videos for enhancing vocabulary of a non- native speaker. I watch the videos over and over again on a daily basis. I have just started taking notes and write out all your sample sentences. Thank you with all my heart.

Learning some new english expressions, phrasal verbs, idioms especially those I try to look up their meaning everywhere but I don't find it the way what it exactly means in a particular context coz a word or a phrasal verb potentially have several meanings and some of em can't be found everywhere, we could only get to learn their meaning from the native person of a language...... And u hit the spot for us.... I appreciate ur way of teaching wid a native speaker.... Learning English wid makes me feel like a million buck

Sometimes in English, we don't know the story or the literal meaning behind an expression. Like "to a T". I know how to use it in conversation of course, but not the image behind it. Maybe it's like copying a paper accurately, not even leaving off a T. Maybe T means the Biblical "tittle" ... which I think is the dot in Hebrew letters. But for most expressions, people get the image behind it, and explaining it (like the nail) is a good touch.

A wonderful lesson once again! Thank you , Teacher Lisa and Teacher Drake!❤️❤️🥰🥰🌸🌸🙏🙏🎊🎊🌱🤭🤭😍 It’s until Teacher Lisa explained what “the head” was in the expression “ hit the nail on the head ,” that I came to realise the real sense of it. In the past, I had always misunderstood the head as a head of a person, which sounded like some dangerous situations, haha!😅😅😂😂🤣🤣 Have always been a big fan of Teacher Lisa!🙏🙏🥰🥰❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸 THANK YOU❤️❤️🙏

To be rolling in it is an expression that we can deduce, especially here in Brazil, that we have the same: nadando em dinheiro.
