Does fluent community use the new interactivity API?

FluentCommunity uses REST API and Vue3 SPA which is more performant than interactive API.

Please Add the feature where the PDF documents downloaded from the community has text "watermarked" at the footer of the file with the user/buyer basic info! We has a lot of autoral content and feel the need to do this to minimize the unauthorized share.
