How to beat whole eggs with honey until fluffy without separating egg yolks and whites. No baking powder added, made from simply ingredients and very delicious! Instead of steaming, you can also bake the cake at 150°C for 40-45 minutes.
Ingredients 材料:
4 eggs 鸡蛋 (Size L, room temperature 室温)
60 ml (4 tbsp) honey 蜂蜜
70 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour 中筋面粉
15 g (2 tbsp) corn starch 玉米淀粉
1 tbsp (15ml) vegetable oil 菜油
1 tsp lemon juice 柠檬汁
