I really do recommend this recipe, it’s not overly sweet which I actually love about it ! Just made this. I only had one cup of fresh cream. But it turned out beautiful. I added a little bit small chunks of strawberries because it was a bit difficult to cut right through them. And the strawberry taste was more distinct.

This is delicious! The first time I made this I could not get the egg whites to whip. I think it is because some egg yoke fell in.
