Omg I just made this bread for the first time and it was amazing. Crispy and flaky but soft and moist at the same time. I kept putting it off thinking it was too difficult and time consuming but the whole process was actually quite simple. It really is the best bread I've ever eaten. Thank you very much for a wonderful recipe Qiong.

I am a mechanical engineer in my 89, retired. This recipe took my attention to make it. I have repeated three times on the request of my family. I am really happy being able to make it without much practise to make any cake before.

I try this recipe, and it turns out great. I don't have unsalted butter so i use my salted butter with same grams. I was afraid that it would be too salty but it turns out fine hehe well maybe since my family like strong taste . This bread has crispy outside and soft inside. I love it, my mom and dad also like it and want me to make another batch lol.

I’ve already tried it....so yummy....And looks good....but when proceed, some of the butter leaked outside , but the results still find and beautiful....thanks for your recipe 🌸

Thanks for you feedback and the butter leaked out is normal. don't worry about that, little bite is okay. So you should put a large pan under the bread pan.

Thanx Dear for sharing the recipe. I used the dough to make croissants, it came out so delicious, my whole family loved them. I brushed with egg on top mixed with oil, then sprinkled almond flakes, when it came out from the oven, I brushed with sugar syrup. So yummy 😋😋 Stay blessed 🥰🌹

This is beautiful. A suggestion to make it healthy use Whole Wheat Flour and Superfine Semolina (to make superfine semolina take the regular semolina and dry grind in a grinder) use a ratio of 1:1 and just follow the same steps. And yes for us vegetarians 1-11/2 table spoons/egg of thick yogurt depending on the size of the egg' probably could flavour the butter with garlic powder. If you don't have an oven preferably use a 10L pressure cooker or any deep vessel place salt at the bottom and use a ring to elevate the baking pan above the salt (this is to prevent the bottom the bread from burning) and pre heat for 15minutes at medium flame with gasket and weight removed and then bake for 20-25 minutes on a low flame.

@@mirthadurand8901 Yes Mietha, There is a very small down arrow at the bottom of the video, on the white part before the comment section. Every video has this. It took me forever to find it. Usually people put links to other websites and products. In this case it is where the recipe is hiding.

This is basically a Croissant recipe baked into a round bread loaf ! An original way to do it and it looks delicious. :D Being patient with the "envelope" folding is key. The dough can be prepared the night before and left in the fridge as well.

You can also put fruit, sugar and nuts on the bottom of the butter. Just be careful not to tear bread layers in process. A marble board keeps the dough and butter cool during the rolling/folding process.

do you have footage of a loaf that has been cut in half? The peeling of the layers was mesmerizing but I would like to see the crumb of the bread cut vertically and/or horizontally too. Maybe you also have a blog or something with pictures?

Got all happy and giddy watching this video it make me hungrey kek! The good crunchy taste and especially smell of fresh bread is just the best makes me feel alive. Only the *delta parole* music can do the same to me. Sometime I combine the both of them, make me feel alive!

Εφτιαξα 3 1 με λίγο κανέλα και περισσότερη ζάχαρη Και 1 με λίγο μαχλεπι και μαστιχα που βάζουμε στα τσουρέκια και περισσότερη ζαχαρη Και 1 σαν το δικο σου το εκοψα στην μέση Εβαλα αναμεσα μαρμελαδσ σαν σαντουιτς ..τέλεια ολα!!!!!! Φιλία ΠΟΛΛΑ απο Ελλάδα

this is extremely beautiful i made it and it came out looking so good, this recipe is really good to showing off your skill to your friends and family but it quite tricky to fold the dough when the butter is inside so you gotta be really handle it with patience but overall its really beautiful and good will definitely made it again🥰

This bread is delicious but it is nothing like a croissant. I made it thinking it would be a giant croissant but its more of a bread. Very lovely recipe. Would also be lovely with a cinnamon, sugar butter running through it .

I have to make it!!! it looks sooo delicious. Thank you so much. I have a doubt about how to fold the bread using one 8 inch/20 cm pan. Do you divide the dough in 4 pieces or in 2? but in this case I'd need a higher pan, wound,t I? Thank you.

今天跟著做 非常成功 很酥脆 謝謝老師。🤩只是最後上色的5分鐘一定要看著 要不然容易焗焦 我下次做的話2-3分鐘應該就夠了
