Literally cannot handle how adorable and awkward his failed attempt at casual conversation was at the beginning. With that little high pitched uttering of the word "day," Greg Ellis managed to convey more about Cullen's anxious romantic feelings about the Inquisitor than actual dialogue ever could. Just totally A+ voice acting. I was torn between wanting to blush with embarrassment for Cullen and wanting to pinch his cheeks for being so cute. sIGH

I've been wondering...how our favourite guard actually knew that Cullen is standing over there? I mean, he had to take a look after walking through door to make sure that his commander is there and he's not talking to the air...therefore he must have seen that Cullen is about to kiss Quizzy...did he interrupt him on purpose? :D

When he first comes onto the scene, you actually see him looking down at the report. So at this point he's more focused on the, "Without delay," part of the order given to him earlier. He likely saw from peripheral vision and heard from other guards the commander's whereabouts I.E. No matter what else is going on, Cullen wanted it, and he didn't want to disappoint. Disappointment is how you get a month's worth of latrine duty. Granted, that order was given before Cullen knew he actually had a chance at the Inquisitor. He wasn't exactly expecting to hear the Inquisitor's confession. My boyfriend and I jokingly call this scout Mullins though. We also joke that the night Cullen consummates his relationship with you, he has a similar dilemma that sends him on a quest to kill a dragon overnight while you two are asleep. Comes back the next day and gets a reprimand for being late for duty. That and it sounds nice to growl, "MULLINS!" in a Cullen voice. XD

Arya Ancrath I don't know... It depends upon when he interrupted I guess. While they were having the quickie on the desk, I suspect Cullen would've thrown a knife at him and sent him to handle basilisk duty somewhere the next day. Or give him the death look and growl followed by the most brutal series of drills ever the following day. After you move upstairs for round two and cuddles, I think they would've probably just ignored him unless he decided to come up the ladder... XD
