I love this video so much. I have watched many other videos and some are too simple and others are too deep. This is exactly what I was looking for. This is information presented in a way that I can understand it more than memorize it. Also the fact that you speak a bit like a robot and don't move, helps me focus more in the video. Romina, Phosphorus & chloride ARE electrolytes, but this video just covers four of the most common ones in detail (Mg, K, Ca, Na). We'll be sure to include phosphorus in future electrolyte explanations.

My doctor had me stop taking diuretics, I also add electrolytes to my water after exercising. Twitches & cramps went away!
