This is just magic. You taught me to UNDERSTAND things I've only been memorizing for exams. Schools should skip the PowerPoint lectures and give a link straight to you guys here.

You’re a great teacher I pretty much understood 💯% of this because of your teaching ability so basically if any of you didn’t understand you need ions to generate a charge difference to activate biological functions for you to function and live

I have a question regarding this topic of electrolytes. I ve been on a carnivore diet for 3 months and will tell you I feel my best ever! I have not yet done lab work to see results of the thyroid and cholesterol which I had before entering this way of eating. I wanted to make sure I am balancing this way of eating and electrolytes. How do I make sure I am balancing electrolytes in my body? I do run and workout and swim but not lately cause of the weather. I'm pretty active overall. I drink spring water is my choice and different types of meat and new Zealand butter everyday and have seen a difference in my stamina as well. I also wanted to know in regards to the nervous system, I developed tinnitus back in 2015 and I find it's gotten worse and at night it gets so loud and can almost feel or sense my nervous system in my head like way too active when I lay down. It concerns me. 😟 I am aware this is alot if information here. I really enjoyed your teaching! Thank you!

at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.

Electrolytes allow electrons to flow freely through our blood stream
@trollmcclure1884 Жыл бұрын
they "flow" only through nerves. Unless you have multiple sclerosis causing nerves to lose myelin and thus insulation
@bittertruth201 Жыл бұрын
@@trollmcclure1884 Electrolytes are minerals in your body that have an electric charge. They are in your blood, urine, tissues, and other body fluids.
