Though I can’t stand the rain, 🌧️ to be inside hearing it hard against the windows & doors, creates a calming ambience triggering a release of neurotransmitters like serotonin. 🧘🏼. It’s a sensory experience that can distract you from any emotional turmoil fostering a feeling of tranquility and introspection. @hitechfreakz, God never allows something to be torn down unless he intends it to be rebuilt even better than it was before. Just know you're not alone, someone always understands your pain, the loss, the betrayal, whatever it was you just have to let it go so your heart doesn't grow hard. There is someone out here that knows what you're going through,with time all wounds heal. Be strong, don't rush into something else right away, give it time, be the best you can be and someone will see that goodness in you. You have value, you have purpose, know you're loved,understand total strangers can, and do pray for you. There is tremendous power in prayer, and the words we speak into things. We just have to be careful what we say, nothing cuts like the words we say, we just all have to practice saying the right things so we speak goodness into one another. Be blessed whoever you are, the kind soul that you are who took the time to pour out your feelings so we could lift you up in your time of need.
