What's with the exposed wire? I would be given nonstop grief if I made that shoddy of a termination. That's were you separate the know how from the professional.

Looks like crap hanging the wires out of stripped cable every thing should sit in a modular container like an electrical plug.

These jack rapids take more time to use than a standard punch down. Half the time the keystone gets lodged into the crimper and you have to man handle it to get it to release. Waist of money.

And since the tool is made of plastic it easily breaks ! Not good for continuous use. We had to replace them regularly on a large job site.

it's one thing to terminate a network connection and have it passed by a qualification or network tester it's another thing to actually terminate it correctly. The way you terminated this is shocking and this point will likely fail in a month or so because you didn't keep the entire cable within the connector now..i could go on about the other mistakes, BUT..... the others have already told you so.. I suggest you go back and perfect your termination skills Like another guy said this is what separates average guys from Professionals, it's because of guys like you that i have work my advice is for you to brush up on your skills.
