It's such a pity that people don't want to pick up Quake nowadays, considering that on top of being an amazing fps, it would be generally loved by other fps players. I guess it's a mix between the huge skill gap between veteran and beginners, other fps competitors and not enough coverage from popular streamers.

The problem is, what i think at least, is that the skills you get from most modern fps games doesn't transfer over very well to quake. The only way it would work is if QC had a massive influx of new players at once. Then new players would face of against new players, instead of 1 - 2 newbies against 5 - 6 sweaty veterans. I agree with you. It's a shame.

@@daemonsquid3414 a proper single player sequel to quake 1 starring Ranger would need to be in order with the full weight and funding of id behind it. At the same time they would need to preserve all of the core gameplay mechanics and movement techniques that have made quake stand out. With all the younger people who have been introduced to Doom since 2016, imagine the same effect with Quake!

@@i_am_ergo Nothing suspicious about it. He didn't move the mouse at all, he simply strafed from left to right and held the mouse still (as you should in such a situation). If you move at roughly the same speed as your opponent, you will always have 100% accuracy in such a scenario. It's no different than using LG on an opponent who strafes in the same direction as you do. If you hold your mouse still => 100% accuracy.

@@flukkzmedia since he's trying to become rapha 2.0 he flaunts his religion in any way possible. Haven't heard an interview lately where he doesn't mention god or the bible. Nothing against religious people but god do people who feel the need to say god god god everywhere annoy me. Zenaku, you're not rapha, don't try to be rapha, keep your god to yourself.

@@NZyoutube you cannot be an atheist without a religious "agenda" to begin with. Apart from a very few minority of so called star atheists that simply dismiss what fanatics claim (religious agenda) there's no such thing as an atheistic agenda. You're probably living too much in the online environment to make such a silly claim. Pairing atheism with LGBTQetc just strengthens my claim as well. I've nothing against religious people but the constant need to bring "god" (aka dogma) everywhere, to me, is pathetic. I've met some religious people that put me to shame with their kindness, grace and wisdom and they rarely mention God, as they have a too greater resoect to drag "him" into everything, especially LG/RL battles. Then I've had the misfortune of meeting what i would call demons, praising God left and right. Poor God, hidden behind his mess, absent and careless is still replaced by wicked maleficent dogma and wicked and maleficent men and women dressed as saints (in golden robes). Maybe zenaku is a nice dude but the god thing, to me, is annoying. What's next, Jordan "the almost dead" salesman Peterson? Probably...
