Does the desk pen base keep the nib from drying out? And does the nib hit the bottom of the base when it's inserted?

Can you please help me out a little .. what does classic revolve mechanical pencil mean? It’s a pencil that works with twisting to push the lead out and twist the opposite way to take it in ?

I love my desk pen. Writes every time and with sailor ink doesn’t leak.

I bet if you purchased 2 of those portable fountain pens. You can tie those bondage straps together and connect each end to the num-chuk case and make yourself a real pair of num-chuks.
