Laufey is a marvelous singer and songwriter. She is also equally adept at piano, cello, and guitar. The last tour went on sale, and it was sold out in about 4 hours. And these are not small rooms, 5K to 10K halls. And much of her following are young people. Well worth checking out more. Her performance of her original "From The Start" with the National Symphony at the Kennedy Center, or "Dear Soulmate" with the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra are both good. If you haven't checked out Samara Joy yet, it is a must. Stunning vocalist. Samara Joy - You Stepped Out Of A Dream (Studio Version) is a good one

For some throwback performances there's the cover of Radiohead's "Creep" by Haley Reinhart and the group Postmodern Jukebox, who do modern music in older styles, or Angelina Jordan's "Bad Valentine - Jazzy Piano Version". Jordan is 18 now, and has been at it since she auditioned on Norway's got talent with a Billie Holiday song when she was 7 (she won). Many people were freaked out by the black and white video of "I Put A Spell On You" she did when she was 9, because if you didn't see who was singing you would think it was probably an adult. Some people compare her voice to a cross between Amy Winehouse and Adele.

Nice one. Happy Xmas (War Is Over) by John Lennon is only song i need to listen to every christmas. At the end of last shift, or when preparations are finnished, etc. its song that starts holidays. Last working hour of this year 18th December, i will play it throu my BT speaker.
