If you use Material 3 it is

It is a single codebase but you have to pick a design language to work with... Cupertino gives you apples designs, Material gives you Google's designs and Fluent gives you Microsoft designs... If you use a custom design language just pick anyone and modify it to your taste. Personally, I use Material.
