I prefer simpler platforms

Bro to be honest, At your try your worked hard, But i've seen the realism of videos the most popular channels are creating are too much realistic and very outperformed hybrid remixing. So the method they are using is not using any app. They are using some kind of models like Comfy UI and others like them that can be installed locally on your machine and can generate more realistic. But no one on youtube have told us how to create some thing like that !

If you use it for the purpose of making short videos continuously, many people will not be qualified to meet it because of the high investment cost of equipment. Configure your computer to use Comfy UI, SD...., or you have to pay for colab packages. The video speed is not fast, the method is more complicated, but on the contrary it has the advantage that the output is really good as you said.
