Your comment about clearing a path where your line is, is exactly why i prefer to fish from my scadden boat anchored. Also allows my line to sink.

Unbelievable. I watch you guys all the time, and I live in Phoenix. I was literally at that lake two weeks ago..... I go there a couple times a year. Starts with a B, has a W, ends with an N's lol.

I like the pfd behind my seat. It’s an Astral brand.

Hey, just a few questions. Where are ya-all fishing? And what size of rod's are you using? And, what flies?
@Lanceeganflyfishing4 ай бұрын
6 weight rods. Flies were balanced leeches, chironomids, and callibaetis nymphs. Regarding locations, we don’t share that info since doing so would ruin small fisheries that cannot handle lots of pressure. These videos are designed to help you catch fish wherever you like to go. 🙌

What do you think of the scadden slash? I went with the lightning strike 2 (bigger version). Its been real good in the wind...

Since I’ve lived in Utah I’ve caught more tiger trout than in my entire fishing career before. I wonder why they stock so many here
@Lanceeganflyfishing4 ай бұрын
Tigers are a relatively new species for fisheries managers. You’d have to ask the biologists to be sure, but in my opinion tigers are a favorite fish because they are sterile, so they won’t interbreed with other species, particularly native species, they grow quickly and to large sizes, are pretty adaptable, and as stocked fish go often end up looking really cool with unique markings.

I will never use a float tube again. While fishing a small lake in Kansas I was attacked by snakes in the middle of the lake. I broke my rod trying to keep the snakes away and sold my tube the next day.

What? Snakes don't attack...it might have thought you were an island....?

@@HalfInsaneOutdoorGuy I wish someone would have told the snakes that. Yes during curtain times of the year water moccasins will attack people on land and especially in the water. Its a breeding territorial thing.
@HalfInsaneOutdoorGuy4 ай бұрын
@kevchard5214 No, water moccasins are solitary animals and are not known to attack . They are generally nonaggressive and sluggish but may retaliate if you get close enough to strike. Water moccasins/cottonmouths rarely bite humans, usually only when provoked

@@HalfInsaneOutdoorGuy I wish someone would tell them that because there was 4 or 5 that would not leave my float tube alone and kept following me.
