Our Takes: Sight fish when the water is below 100 cfs. Target feeding fish rather than resting fish (this will be obvious as the ones who are feeding look active in the water rather than just hanging out at the back of the run). Fish small tippet - 6x fluorocarbon if you are nymphing; 6x mono if you are dry fly fishing.
