Fly High........for Nicole

On Christmas eve 2020opening my facebook page to check messages, my daily chore with a cup of tea, the first post I see was from my friend of many years, Wendy, who had posted about the very sad loss of her cousin, while going to school. Reading this post I could feel Wendy's pain, and my own heart was was broken with empathy and I could feel the pain and loss of a child. I almost immediately wrote the chorus, of the song there and then, and phoned Wendy and sang her it over the phone to her. this had both of us crying and I promised her I would finish the song that very day, which of course I did. This song is dedicated to the memory of Nicole Wong, to Anne, (Nicole's mom), to Wendy and to Nicole's wider family and friends.
