Thank you Barry. It's Salmon season in the Pacific North West, and we have five different species that spawn in our rivers. I really appreciate your tutorials. It's much more fun to tie one of your creative fly's, and pull one to the banks while the the others are tossing Marabou blobs. I've been tying your trout fly's all season and have enjoyed greater success than my usual efforts afforded me. Thank you!

Here in British Columbia for almost every fish we are restricted to single barbless hooks. It looks like this pattern should tie and work just as well on a single hook. I enjoy your videos, thanks.

Hi Keir, thanks. Yes I am aware of this I have fished in BC a couple of times. It was originally made on a single hook but comes from the east coast of the US and is also a great steel head pattern. Good luck with it.

I would recommend you check your regs again. I have fished BC and have a member of our local club who has just moved here from BC. The regs read that a single barbless hook is considered any hook with a SINGLE SHANK. It can be single point. double point or even a treble. Regs will state a single point hook if that is what is called for in a certain area.

Beautiful work again, Sir. I'm always asking you where you source your materials but I'm especially interested in where you get your Siberian Squirrel. It's been very hard to get in recent years. If you could provide me with a link to a source/seller I'd be most grateful.

Hi Slick, sorry I only just got this for some reason! I bought a whole load, about 50 tails 20 years ago and still have a few left.
