A simple detached body technique with a twist! Using two colours of Para Post and a couple of strands of Nano Crystal flash you can create unique segmented detached bodies with a little flash in them, that work well for both midges and smaller may flies.

Really cool extended body BOC, thanks. Form "hey okay" with both hands (e.g. index finger touching thumb), invert the hands and bring to eyebrow forming "goggles", elbows will be extended away from body. Breathe and move the elbows inward toward each other slowly (you will feel the stretch at both elbows). Hold for 30 seconds, repeat periodically. Merry Christmas
