Fly Tying - Pig Gill Slayer

This is a video of how to tie a Pig Gill Slayer that is designed for big bluegill and other panfish. This fly is weighted so that it will get down quickly to deeper water where the big ones are.
Materials used for this fly include two different kinds of herls and I will show you the best way to tie a fly with these fragile materials.

You ever leave on the extra little 1/4 inch of foam in the front? It would push more water like a a gurgler. Just my thoughts. Killer stuff. I really like the feather dubbing loops. Definitely changed the way I think about building bodies.
