I admire the use of ostrich herl, it gives the fly plenty of color and texture. Most terrestrials you see are all foam and legs. These look like they would catch some fish on a nice summer day! I'll be trying some here in Texas....after becoming a subscriber.

why long legs?

The longer they are , the better the movement. They tend to wrap around the hook gape but I like to leave them long. Thanks for watching!
