Driftless Region Fly Fishing | Across the SZNs - Wisconsin

Comparing the seasons would be a disservice to Mother Nature. Each of the four distinct seasons have unique beauty that can bring pause to any angler. But in order to witness, you need to be out there. This is going to be a culmination of four different adventures fly fishing across the Wisconsin Driftless Region. Being able to relive these moments makes my heart yearn for dairy fields and tricky brown trout.
For us anglers there are going to be specific challenges we need to overcome if we hope to find fish. But once you overcome those obstacles and achieve the desired result, make sure to stop and take a deep breath. You don't want to miss the beauty across the seasons.

Went the opposite direction this weekend. Hit Norfolk backwaters but only fished 3 hrs in 2 days. Headed over to the Little Red where I did my Johnny Weismueller impression in the first 5 minutes, shed the wet stuff and fished til my face turned blue and my buddies were convinced I had hypothermia. Nothing 10 1/2 hours couldnt fix Fishing was pretty much a shutout but had a great time with my friends who are the best. Eventually plan on hitting the driftless which you've sold me on.

awesome stuff!!!!!!!! you sound like Norman Mclean who was narrated by Robert Redford in "A River Runs Through It" I love the fact a macho guy like yourself also taps into your artistic, literary, poetic side. You should truly touch base with various outdoor magazines, etc and start writing artices free-lance and see what happens and contact the state promoters for each state you feature including Wisconsin to see if they contract you to produce fishing videos to promote the state tourism etc. this is a masterpiece
