Apparently, he didn’t hear the belt/restraint instruction. (Or, did he miss that in the checklist?)

Looked to me like he had is lap belt on @1:52 . (or did you miss that in the video?) :O)

@@chaddthompson The two shoulder restraint straps are hanging behind him. If he only has his lap belt on he will kiss the panel on impact.

@@bjs2022 No argument there, maybe he uses the shoulder harness on take off and landing. Looks like the shoulder harness was on @1:33 and also later in the video.
