Thank you especially for the story relating to needle at sea bottom - Great to have the awareness of a whole new meaning to the move.

Kevin, when doing needle to sea bottom do I look down? Would looking down cause one to lose balance?

Hi Bill, My apologies for taking so long in answering. Yes, generally speaking, you look down but only because that is the direction the hands are going in this move. You do not want to try to look forward as that would create a strain on your neck and interrupt the circulation to the head. Your balance will be upset if you allow the weight to move forward instead of sitting into the right leg as you express with the arms. This is similar to the bow at the start and end of the set. Have you been shown how to do forward and back bends? These can help with learning to keep your balance and also with loosening the spine. Cheers

although I follow the sets seated, Kevin, and study your sitting set, I find these classroom classics very helpful. I can actually 'feel' the benefits of the twists and turns by just watching. Wouldnt it be good if you could have a seated video in the corner, following these classroom classics? Just saying. Patsy
