Boracay the world greatest beach. The secret the algae that's why it has the softest sand .

Yes 🙌🏼 all natural but seemed to go on way longer this year

I was in Manila and Coron the last 2 weeks of April and I used a SMART eSim. However, I wasn't able to pre-setup the eSIM via SMART's website prior to coming to the Philippines (from Mississauga, Canada). I set it up at the SMART kiosk at the airport. 5G speeds were fast in Manila and decent in Coron.
@ZoeCzar4 ай бұрын
Was the ESIM a good choice then? We’ve never tried e sim in the Philippines but we have in other countries, much smoother than getting an actual sim
@MannyBinaday4 ай бұрын
@@ZoeCzar Yes it was a very good choice. I like the ability of keeping my Canadian carrier (Rogers) SIM on with data off. Rogers has free international text so I can receive the 2FA code when doing some banking while using the SMART data.

Thanks for defending about the algae thing. This issue has really caused a lot of online debates, lol. I've been to Boracay back in the 90s and it was actually already there. So it's a natural phenomenon on that (side of the) island. But if it's gotten worse or not, that I cannot tell because we only stayed there for 2 days. I'm no scientist or expert, so I really do not know what causes it. But if it has indeed increased in recent years, i believe that global warming has also been a big factor since I read from some science sites that algae blooms occur when there is plenty of sunlight and the waters are warmer. And this is from 'Scientific American' website: Algal blooms are growing bigger and more frequent worldwide as ocean temperatures rise and circulation patterns change. Climate change is likely one cause of the alterations, which favor the growth of phytoplankton, according to a new study published in Nature. Mar 2, 2023

Yes so obviously czar is from Aklan and said it’s always been a thing even before boracay got big and famous, he has said however this year seemed to last way longer than most years, normally it’s practically gone by beginning of April but this was filmed end of April and still quite a bit! But yes it’s what makes the sand soft 🙏🏼
@moondustgirl21324 ай бұрын
@@ZoeCzar I think it's also connected to the ongoing heatwave Asia has been experiencing atm. :)
